How long does the scanning process take?

Typical turnaround time is 14-21 days. Larger projects may take longer, and rush services are available upon request. This also depends on how much homework I have and other things going on. I will give you an idea of when it will be done when we talk about your project.

How do I get my photos to you?

My house is right by Germania Park: 3529 W Kemper Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45251. You can drop off your photos at my house or we can arrange a place to meet.

What format will my scanned photos be in?

Photos are typically delivered as high-quality JPEG files.

How will I receive my digital files?

I will provide a private DropBox download link for you to download your files. Once you've downloaded them, I will delete them from my DropBox account.

Are my original photos safe?

Absolutely! We handle all photos with extreme care using gloves and professional equipment. Your originals are kept secure and returned in the same condition.

What resolution do you scan at?

I scan at 600dpi. I can scan at other resolutions if you need that (generally 300dpi or 1200dpi).

What types of photos can you scan?

I can scan most photo formats including standard prints, large formats, slides, and negatives. Contact us if you have special requirements.

What about documents?

I can scan documents too, front and back, whatever you need.
